Corporate Membership

Corporate Membership to Olive Branch Country Club is available with a maximum of five members per membership.  Each member has all Regular Member privileges and the billing for a Corporate Membership will be broken down as a monthly statement for each member.

Each Corporate Membership has one "Voting Member" who controls the one vote for the Corporate Membership to be exercised at any regular or special General Membership meeting.  Only the Voting Member of a Corporate Membership is eligible for nomination and election to the Board of Directors.

Applications for an OBCC Corporate Membership requires a completed application from each person who will be listed on the Corporate Membership submitted with a non-refundable $100 deposit for each application (applied toward the initiation fee, if accepted).  The Board votes on the acceptance of the Corporate Membership at the next Board meeting after receipt of the applications.  Once the applicants have Board approval, the balance of the initiation fee, any applicable prorated assessment and the first month's dues must be paid prior to receipt of membership certificate and card.

The current initiation fee for Corporate Membership is $5,000 and the current monthly dues are $200 per Voting and Non-Voting Corporate Member.
