QUALITY GOLF CAN BE LESS EXPENSIVE THAN YOU THINK!

OBCC has one of the finest golf courses in the area with excellent bent grass greens. This course has long been a hidden jewel; conveniently located at Germantown Rd. and Goodman Rd (Hwy 302). The course is showing the benefits of a recently installed irrigation system and newly renovated sand traps. No Tee Times are required to enjoy our course. Now, you too can take advantage of our aggressive promotions seeking new members and enjoy the benefits of a private Country Club.

REGULAR MEMBERSHIP PROMOTION

You can take advantage of this promotion and join our private club without having to pay any "Initiation Fee". Not only can you save this typical entry cost, but we are also DISCOUNTING the normal monthly dues by $ 50 for your first 12 months. Your net cost will be the lowest in the area at $ 150 per month.

There is a $ 250 assessment due in June of 2009 & 2010 and you must agree to remain a member for at least 12 months.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP PROMOTION

If you are under 35 years of age, we are offering an even better deal. You can join our private club without having to pay an "Initiation Fee" and with monthly dues of only

$ 125 per month for the first 12 months or until you turn 35.

There is a $ 250 assessment due in June 2009 & 2010 and you must agree to remain a member for at least 12 months.

If you are acquainted with an existing member of OBCC, that member can sponsor

your application and expedite your approval as a new member. If you do not know someone at our club well enough to become sponsored, you may still be accepted pending a simple credit check and utilization of The Automated Clearing House Network for direct payment of your monthly dues for the 12 month contract period.

Regular Membership

Regular Members and their families (spouse and children of the household up to 19 years of age, 23 if full-time student at accredited school or college) of Olive Branch Country Club are permitted use of all club facilities (golf course, practice range, swimming pool and clubhouse) during normal operating hours in accordance with the rules and by-laws of the club. Members also receive a copy of the club newsletter along with their monthly statement.

Additionally, each Regular Membership has one vote that may be exercised at any regular or special General Membership meeting. The club holds its annual General Membership meeting in November for the election of members to the Board of Directors and also to vote on any issues requiring membership sanction according to the By-Laws of the club.

Any Regular Member is eligible for nomination and election to the Board of Directors. The club has 12 board members, each serving 3-year terms. Those terms are staggered in a manner that allows continuity of the club's business operations. The officers of the Board are chosen annually by the members of the Board.

Application for Regular Membership requires a completed application (forms available in the Club office) submitted with a non-refundable $100 deposit (applied toward the initiation fee, if accepted). After receipt of the application, the Board votes on the acceptance of the new member at the next scheduled monthly Board meeting. Once the applicant has Board approval, the balance of the initiation fee, any applicable prorated assessment and the first month's dues must be paid prior to receipt of membership certificate and card.

Currently, the initiation fee for a Regular Membership is $1,500 and dues are $200 per month.
